  2. Cloud Flare - Used for DNS protection services on our website.
  3. Google Suite / Analytics - Emails from website, Email processor, Calendar for dates of stays and user usage.
    Mailchimp - When signing up for emails a user will be agreeing to the use of their name and email in order to receive advertising  from Kidwelly Cottage. (please see their policy)
  4. Mailgun - This is used for all transactional emails.
  5. Microsoft office - Used for creating spreadsheets and documents for booking forms and advertising.
  6. Stripe - For some payments we use Stripe who utilise Names, Addresses, and Credit card details for payment processing. (please see their policy)

  8. HotJar - Used to improve end to end user experience by tracking website usage. (please see their policy)
  9. Preston.ie - Provide our website hosting and services. HTTP Headers including IP addresses, information about the web browser, page location, document, referrer and person using the website.

  11. Royal Mail - These services are used to correspondence to our guests in the form of information and welcome packs. (always posted recorded)
